Safe Electric Standards & Regulatory Governance

Safe Electric Certification Standards Ireland STATUTORY ACCREDITATION

Certified Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractors (REC)

In Ireland, it is illegal under the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (as amended) for anyone other than a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) to carry out designated electrical work.

Elevate Electrical operates strictly under the auspices of Safe Electric (the statutory regulatory scheme operated by Safe Energy Ireland on behalf of the Commission for Regulation of Utilities - CRU). Every engineer on our team is fully qualified, calibrated test equipment is audited annually, and our installations comply fully with the National Rules for Electrical Installations I.S. 10101:2020.

Completion Certificates We Issue:

Cert No. 1
Issued for major commercial, industrial, and high-voltage connections requiring ESB Networks energisation.
Cert No. 2
Issued for non-domestic commercial installations, retail premises, and fit-outs connected to low-voltage supplies.
Cert No. 3
Issued for domestic rewires, consumer unit upgrades, extensions, and home alterations.

Having co-owners Jack Murphy and Dean Merrigan oversee your certification guarantees zero delays with ESB energisation or insurance underwriting.
