Our 5-Step PAT Testing Procedure:

1. Visual Inspection: Examining plugs, cables, and casing for fraying, scorching, cracking, or incorrect fuse ratings.
2. Earth Continuity Testing: Measuring resistance between appliance chassis and earth pin (max 0.1 ohm + lead resistance).
3. Insulation Resistance: Applying 500V test voltage to ensure insulation barrier integrity.
4. Leakage / Touch Current: Verifying current leakage stays well within statutory threshold limits.
5. Tagging & Certification: Applying tamper-evident pass/fail labels with re-test dates and issuing full asset registers.
