What Our SLA Maintenance Agreement Covers:

• Quarterly Emergency Lighting Audits: Complete functional testing and logbook maintenance in accordance with I.S. 3217:2013.
• Bi-Annual Fire Alarm Servicing: Panel checks, detector sensitivity calibration, and sounder testing under I.S. 3218:2013.
• Annual Switchboard Thermography: Infrared heat inspection of all MDBs, contactors, and busbars to identify loose connections before thermal failure.
• Guaranteed Emergency Attendance: Contractually committed 60-90 minute emergency response window with zero callout surcharges.
